Occasionally, when an order is placed for a frame that is a popular style and fit, I will make more than one at a time. Converting the project into a “short run” of 2-5 offers many benefits:
-Not only does each frame get the same level of handmade care, but the process and design become further refined with a small amount of repetition.
-While the level of detail is elevated, the repetition of each step makes production more efficient, so frames can be offered at lower prices.
-As long as the settings on the Frame jig are the same, it’s much easier to make subtle variations within a batch, e.g. curved vs. straight top tubes and seat stays.
-Popular upgrades, such as custom fenders, and brake mounts can be worked into the small batch process as well.
-If we have the size you want, it’s ready now.
-All complete bikes are available as listed, or as a frame only. Let us know how we can tailor-fit the components to suit you.
-All listings are in stock at Wolfhound Headquarters, or on display at one of our dealers. Bikes on display can be purchased from the dealer, or from Wolfhound Cycles LLC directly, for the same price as listed.
